About Our Attorney And Our Firm

Our founding attorney, Kelsey Wyble, is a champion equestrian. She has competed in western horsemanship events, which require dedication, precision, poise and confidence to succeed. She brings that same spirit to the legal arena, where she skillfully navigates complex legal challenges with poise and confidence to obtain positive outcomes. She is prepared to give you the advice and guidance you need to move forward in resolving your legal problems. Learn about her background and qualifications here:

Kelsey Wyble

In addition to being a lawyer, Kelsey is a certified mediator who offers mediation services in all areas of law.

If you are facing a legal challenge, we will gladly review the facts about your divorce, a child custody modification, a will update or any other matter, and help devise a promising strategy with you and for you.

Financial Aspects Of A Job Well Done

In all things, including fees, our law practice aims for transparency, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. We understand that most people do not budget for legal services until a pressing matter comes up.

Before your initial consultation, we will let you know whether your legal matter will be billed with a flat fee or on an hourly basis. Your initial one-hour consultation fee of $200 will apply to your retainer if you choose to work further with us. Any unused portion of the total retainer will be refunded upon completion of the case.

Our attorney’s fees after the initial consultation will be billed at $200 an hour and legal assistants’ fees will be $125 an hour. Both are competitive in our community. When clients can save money through their own legwork, we always let them know of those opportunities.
